The first version of WebLogic Portal since the Oracle-BEA merger has been released. WLP 10.3 is basically a re-branded version of WebLogic Portal 10.2.

Oracle makes all their software available for free download for evaluation purposes, including WebLogic Portal. If I were you, I’d probably wait a little bit as the release of the latest version of WebLogic Portal is imminent.
